Custom social media icons visible on edit mode but not on published site

I put on two custom icons and they were all good, then one day I accidentally added a social media links widget and since I was panicking I deleted the icons before deleting the whole widget block. I then realised that action also removed the social icons from header and footer! I then proceeded with putting them back, but since then, I was only able to see them on the editor and not on the published version. Really strange, anyone has a solution? I tried removing the custom icon and it does show the custom link icon, but then when I load the custom icon back on it disappears. Thanks

The custom code caused this. In Design > Custom CSS > Remove these code

    .icon--fill:nth-of-type(1) svg {
        display: none
    }

and

    .icon--fill:nth-of-type(2) svg {
        display: none
    }
