Formatting website to fit every screen the same way

Hi 🙂

my site is almost finished and I tested it over the laster few days on many different screens. 

On EVERY screen the site looks slightly different (excluding mobile of course) wich is a little bit annoying 🙂

Is there any possible way that - no matter what screensize/configuration etc. somebody has - the scroll indicator is slighty above the "bottom" of the first visible area (like on the picture attatched) without seeing the badges etc.
