How to hide 'add to cart' button on certain stores in 7.1

Hello, I would will have two areas to my site, public and members only. I do not want the price or add to cart button to display on the store on the public pages, only on the members only pages. 

I currently have the public area and member only area set up as two separate pages, however they will be duplicates of each other with the only difference being the visible price and add to cart.

Add to page Header, page where you want to hide add to cart

With specific products >> edit product >> Additional Info >> Add a Code Block >> paste the code

Is there a code to hide Quantity, variants? I am looking to hide these as well
