banner How do I replicate this kind of design

I am currently having trouble on replicating this site: https://www.cyrilzammit.com/architecte-and-design-boursedecommerce on version 7.1. I need to replicate the main banner so that when the viewer clicked the i button on the upper right of the banner, an information will pop-out. Can you help me achieve this kind of design? Thank you

The site you posted is built with 7.0 and uses the Momentum template. Momentum is an all purpose but still very unique template. The i button is bult into that template by default.
