Can anyone help? It appears to just be displaying a simple grid and crops out my portrait images, despite being set to Masonry. Screen shot attached. Link to comment

We cannot help you to fix it. I recommend you get in touch with Squarespace Customer Care and ask them to help you to troubleshoot this.
