unwanted overflow vertical scrollbar on iframe code block

I've been troubleshooting for hours and hours. I cant find any css or add any code to the iframe or anything to get rid of it. if I use the chrome inspect feature I can toggle the code that seems to be causing it, but none of the fixes i've seen in the forums google or anywhere fixes it. I just want the code block tall enough to fit all the content withOUT a scrollbar. it doesnt matter what height I set the iframe though, i literally set it to 1million pixels and that just makes a scrollbar that tall as well. 

here is what i've put in the code block:

help me remove this scrollbar please!
