nicolemariefranco
Site URL: http://nicolemariefranco.com I've made a gif on photoshop that I want to upload to my homepage but it says the file type is not supported, however I can upload a gif I've had converted through a converter site. I would like to use the gif I made in photoshop since the quality is much better. Both files are about 7MB so I'm not sure why one is supported at the other is not. Any help is appreciated! jamieohwen
Seconded! No info on this anywhere, it is specifically to do with the file type photoshop exports as standard gifs downloaded from the internet seem to be supported. Anyone got an update on this? Link to comment
creedon
@jamieohwen I don't have Photoshop at hand. Does PS offer any options when saving the file? Have you tried the various options to see if that helps? How big is your gif? Find my contributions useful? Please like, upvote, mark my answer as the best ( solution ), and see my profile. Thanks for your support! I am a Squarespace ( and other technological things ) consultant open for new projects. Link to comment
