Probably not 'advanced' coding

I have a client that wants a button like https://www.kidsclubchildcare.com.au/ has that is over the video. 

Now the background video is very easy, seeing as you can just set that in backgrounds. 

The button is what is killing me, for some reason i cant find how to do it myself. 

I know its probably needing some custom code, but i just cant to search google right to get the answer im looking for. 

If anyone can help i would be so crazy grateful 

Your link refers to a WordPress site. Can you provide a working link to the Squarespace site you are working on? If the site isn't live to the public, please set a public password in the visibility settings and share this too. 

Code probably isn't necessary but it will depend on the template, version and how you've built the page.
