Image popup over certain words in paragraph text

Heya. I'd like to have an image pop-up while hovering over certain words in the body text of a paragraph block. It would be great if the words appeared as text links.

Hi. You can use Lightbox plugin to achieve this. If you have no budget for plugin, let me know. We will find another way.

1. (Mobile – Homepage) Make 2 logos/row?
