2 column mobile viewing for gallery and albums

Try this for blog list 

@media only screen and (max-width: 640px) {
.tweak-blog-list-style-grid  .BlogList-item {
    width: calc( 50% - 8px ) !important;
    margin-top: 0;  
    margin-bottom: 8px;
    margin-right: 8px !important;
    clear: inherit !important;
}
}

on blog page I suggest using gallery block instead of image blocks for easier alignment
