Limit Checkbox ticks

Hey, 

This may of already been asked but I can't seem to find the thread anywhere, We have a checkbox at checkout for delivery or collection, but at the moment it allows me to select both, I need it to limit to 1 check and then the other isn't available.

Is this possible.
