How to change font color in FAQ block

I'm trying to write a FAQ on my site. The background is black but so is the text, so I can only read it when I highlight it, which isn't helpful. I go into design/colors and try different palettes but only the footer and nav bar text changes color. How do I change the text color in the FAQ block so I can read the thing?

I'd attach a file but it's all black.
