Remove image overlay

I am trying to remove the image overlay from the second image on my website.

Design > Site Styles > Color > Image Block > Image Overlay

There's no Image Overlay just for regular images. I tried changing all the options, Poster, Card, etc. They all do it, and I have the overlay set to 0 (far left.)

I fixed it, I was using the wrong hex code. #facepalm.
