Colored rule between sections in Squarespace 7.1

I am trying to create a small section between larger sections that would act like a thick colored rule. I created a graphic and made the smallest image section I could but it is very big. Is there a way to change the height of a section? Many thanks.

Use this tool to target a section id and reduce it min-height and content padding
