Need Help with Header Padding

Hiya, ive been trying to either remove the header content block and/or simply improve the spacing between the logo/navigation bar and the content on the page. There is a really big gap on the site. Especially on mobile.

Also it would be awesome if there was a way I could add a thin white line just below the navigation bar to help improve visual spacing. Would also be great to have it look good on mobile. (as close as possible to the logo and navigation options). Any help would be appreciated!
