Embed form hangs up on page intro on mobile and sometimes PC with background image (Brine)

On the intro section background of each of my landing pages my embed form hangs up on mobile as it is loading. It eventually will either fully load after a short time or when a user clicks on a fillable section of the embed. Sometimes a page refresh will resolve it. On desktop it loads a bit better but sometimes the bottom of the background doesn't load. Any suggestions or way to force the background image to fully load on both? Thanks in advance.

Try Design > Site Styles > Disable Ajax Loading

The Ajax Loading was disabled already. I was thinking that might be it as well, but unfortunately it's not.
