klp1976
Hi all Apologies for this question from a rank amateur! I am setting up my website and plan to have four separate stores (I know this isn't recommended, but it is what will work best for me), which I intend to be headings on my main navigation. As an example, in my first store, the main navigation heading is 'Tablewear'. Under this I would like to have dropdowns showing plates, napkins, cups, straws, etc, linking to these categories in the store. In a practical sense, this would mean I would then click on say 'plates' and it would take me straight to all the different plates available in my store. From what I can see, I can have a store as a main navigation item, but if I want to have a dropdown saying plates, it can only take me to a page and not a store. Is this making any sense? Thank you so much in advance. Kelly Link to comment
paul2009
You can add a link to the main navigation for the Plates category within the Tableware store. Click the '+' icon within the MAIN NAVIGATION area of PAGES. Choose Link. The Create a Link box will appear. Click the 'gear' icon to open the Link Editor. Click Page. Choose the store and category: Let us know how you get on. If you experience difficulties, please provide a working link to the site. If the site isn't live, please also set a public password in the visibility settings and share it with us. If this helps, please click "Like" below ⬇️ About: SQSP User for 17 yrs.
