How do I show the gallery description by default when image clicked?

Using the grid gallery, once a user clicks on an image, I would like to either:

- have the title and description show by default in the light box

- or have the title and description showing by default to the SIDE of the image

- or be able to click away to an image page with a description.

Are any of these things possible? Users struggle to get to the descriptive text, especially on a phone.

Hi. It looks like you solved? I see title/description appear on hover here.

Unfortunately, no I didn't solve it b/c I want the description to show up by default, not on hover. Or, have the ability to show the description to the side of the image.

Users don't seem to instinctively hover over the images.

Add to Design > Custom CSS

/* Always show lightbox caption */
.yui3-lightbox2 .sqs-lightbox-meta {
    opacity: 1!Important;
    background: rgba(0,0,0,0.7);
}

Also, do you need to fix this?

(Mobile – Homepage) Increase line spacing?

I tried to use this code to add a title and description to my gallery image...but it does not appear when the image is brought forward using the Lightbox option. Please advise.

This code for Gallery Block, if you use Gallery Section, it will require a different code

Can you share link to page where you use gallery?
