Subscribers NOT shown...

Hello,

I'm using mailchimp as my main email provider. When someone goes to the checkout page and submits their mail without going further (giving personal info, card numbers, etc...) I can't see them anywhere as them being subscribed.. When they input their mail and press "continue" shouldnt they be subscribed immediately?

If you connected your MailChimp mailing list to the Squarespace Checkout then you should see the name of the mailing list in Commerce > Checkout under the section entitled MAILING LISTS, like this:

This is how it looks on my side.. however, those who subscrire at the checkout are still nowhere to be found

If it is connected but isn't working then it's not something that forum users can solve for you.

The first step is usually to disconnect and reconnect your MailChimp account but if this doesn't fix it you'll need to get in touch with Squarespace Customer Care to troubleshoot this.
