Decreasing Padding Between Sections/List

Hey everyone,

Tried to find a solution to this but couldn't get anything to work with custom CSS. 

Is there anyway to reduce the massive amount of white space between the header photo and the list? (Scribbled Section in capture)

I don't have a background image there nor do I want one yet it leaves space for it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi. I see some minor problems with SEO Title.

1. You haven’t changed SEO Title so the browser tab name still shows “Contact 1”
