Change the "next blog" title size on the bottom of a blog post page

Hey Guys! 

I'm stuck on trying to figure out how to change the title of the blog on the bottom of a blog post where it directs you to the next blog. I will attach an image of what I am talking about so that you guys can get a better understanding of what I am trying to accomplish.
