Djarn Posted July 8, 2021 Author Share Posted July 8, 2021 The cart is supposed to float on the top right corner of the page once a product is added. The cart does not appear and so they cannot checkout. I do know that one of them is using Chrome on a mac. All the customers are in the US. Link to comment

There's nothing that the Squarespace community can do to resolve a technical issue. I recommend you get in touch with Squarespace Customer Care so that they can help you to troubleshoot this. You can reach out to them here. It will really help them if you are able to provide them with details of the browsers/devices that your customers are using.
