button Making buttons the same size on a cover page

Hi all 

Need some help - my brain is not computing with what style code i need to write to make this happen

I just want to make these two buttons on this cover page the same length so they look symmetrical.

Also I don't want it to affect it in mobile mode.

Add to Cover Page Header
