Does they provide another way?

You can try enable Developer Mode & upload it.

I haven't used this yet so I'm not sure. You try contacting Squarespace Customer Care.

Also, do you need fix these problems?

Site URL – https://www.jcauevents.com.au/

1. (Desktop – Footer) Reduce space below footer?

2. (Desktop – Homepage) Reduce space between logos?

3. (Tablet – Homepage) The width of the text is a bit small.

4. (Tablet – Menu) The size of the menu items is a bit small and not aligned.

5. (Tablet – Contact us) Scroll bar in block.

@jcauevents - Did they mention what this was for? It actually looks like they are trying to get you to add a TXT file, which would be with your domain host provider.

Happy to help, but you'll need to obtain more information or share that with the forum so we can assist further.

Also, I have a tutorial video on how to add your Google Analytics tracking code to your squarespace website if you want to try that: https://agencyapex.co/how-to-add-google-analytics-to-squarespace/
