Can't upload font using the Custom CSS steps

Hello, I am struggling to change the font to one I have downloaded and paid for from Creative Market, named: sunset road. I have this font in the three forms required: ttf, woff and woff.2 I have integrated them in to the coding as suggested but for some reason the font is not appearing anywhere. Please can someone help me.
