Underline navigation, body, and footer links only on hover.

Dear all,

I need to remove the fixed underline from all links (navigation, body, and footer) both on desktop, tablets, and mobile, and have it only on hover. Is this possible?

Thank you very much for your kind help. The overflowed text is scrolling in the final website. There is no blog in the final version. I could use help with the 3rd point re the mobile menu gap. The final version is live at mccathens.com.
