different header image/content for each page

Every time I change the header info for each cart page, the whole thing changes to the whole cart. 

I need separate header and content on each separate cart page category and not the same across the board.

Correction, this is the space below the header. We are writing content for each category shop page. The content written goes across all categories, so we've lost a bunch of content and wasted time.
