Display Excerpt on Events Page

Hi all-

How do I display an event's "Excerpt" on its event page without having to type it in twice--once in the "Settings" and again on the individual pages?

Basically I want this excerpt info:

To display on here, the Individual Event page:

I've tried a work around by using JavaScript to pull the OG:Description metadata, but that imposes a character limit that I would like to get rid of.

Anyone know the code to have the excerpt (or thumbnail or any of the data entered in "Settings") populate on the page itself? It seems like it should be easy since it is a built in functionality when events or blog posts are used in summary blocks, but I just can't find it anywhere.

You can use ajax to fetch the event content by append ?pretty-json to its url, then you can get the excerpt there
