Extract specific SKU from orders daily and forward the list to asset

Hi everybody,
for our site we need to pick specific orders from our inventory and forward them automatically to our asset.

Here is an example: We are selling a box of beers, we want to extract daily the orders with the corresponding SKU of beer boxes or by category and automatically forward the quantity and the shipping address of customers to an external organization which manages packaging and shipping by their own for our company.

Actually, we are making this operation manually but we would like to improve an algorithm for this purpose. Any suggestion?

See my answer below, Although this applies to filtering orders by shipping option, you could do the same by SKU.
