Problem embedding Kartra forms and products into my site

Hello, 

I've embedded forms and products from Kartra into my site via javascript in a code block (on each page listed in the header/menu). The problem is they only properly load if the page is refreshed. Any suggestions on how to resolve this? I can't get support from Squarespace or Kartra, since it's an integration between the two. Thanks in advance for any ideas!

I solved my question! We needed to turn off "Enable Ajax Loading" under the design options.
