How do I change the "Read More" text on my blog post summaries to say "Listen Here" instead? I'm using the blog function to podcast.

I'm super new to Squarespace and want to change our blog summary page so that after each entry it says, "Listen Here" instead of "Read More." Could someone tell me how to make this change? I'm using the Hayden template version 7.0.
