avenue-template Limited pages in preview template

Hi, I am building a revamped website. I want it fully operational before I make it my 'live' site but it seems the number of pages is limited to 9. Would anyone know if this is just in preview mode? Any way to get around it? The template is Avenue. IF anyone could help it would be much appreciated. Thanks Des
