Changing navigation colour on single page 7.0 template

Hey!

Wanting to change the navigation font colour on only the homepage - the rest to remain white. 

The colour I want is #061E39

I've tried the below but it doesn't work.

Add to Design > Custom CSS

/* Homepage nav color */
body.homepage a.Header-nav-item {
    color: #061E39 !important;
}
