Amend the order confirmation message page

Hi I'd like to change the text on the thank you for your order page after a customer has checked out.  

Has anyone achieved this and can advise?

The solution describes how to change the wording using code. This is the only way to do it as there isn't a "feature" on Squarespace that will allow you to amend the wording.

If you'd like more specific advice we'll need a little more detail than "I'd like to change the text". 🙂 

• We'll need to know the changes that you require.
• Your site will need to be public or you'll need to set a public password in the visibility settings and share it with us. 
• You'll need to make a test purchase (whilst logged out) and provide us with the URL of the confirmation page when it appears.
