Change Banner Description Font Size on Mobile

I am looking to find out how to change the Description text in the Banner on our home page on Mobile. This text is very small on mobile and almost unreadable:

"San Francisco’s Famous Castro District - a neighborhood of freedom, acceptance, creativity and diversity. Now is a great time to visit the Castro and celebrate San Francisco’s most iconic neighborhood!"

Also would love to know how to remove the hyphens on mobile. 

Everything looks fine on desktop.
