Blog post with date in url - moving from 7 to 7.1

Hi,

I'm moving a huge website from 7 to 7.1. There are blog posts from 2016 to 2021. All the blog posts have the date in the url. How can I set up a redirect for the entire collection -

Old url example - /blog/2016/4/2/abcd

New url example -  /blog/abcd

I'm currently doing it for each post separately, but it would be great if there was a simpler way
