Requesting Trustpilot Reviews from Customers

Hi,

I'm trying to set up requesting of Trustpilot reviews from customers. I've seen the guide on Trustpilot, but where it talks about injecting 'the first script' it doesn't say what script it's talking about or where to find it. I've searched through the Trustpilot AFS guides and I'm not sure what's what.

Does anyone have this working? If so, can you give me an idiot's guide on how to do it please?
