jeff-beaumont Posted June 15, 2021 Share Posted June 15, 2021 Hi all, I'm trying to get some help here, after some mail with Square Space (very friendly), I feel like I'm at a dead end… I’ve set up a website with the SquareSpace Member Area Module, everything is running well expect the 3-D Secure which is always showing 0 euros whatever the amount of the cart. (When I made a paiement, everything is ok in the admin panel of Squarespace and in Stripe.) After getting in touch with Stripe support, they ask me to remove setup_intent in Square Space side, which seems to be impossible for Square Space support. Does anyone have a suggestion? I suggest you pursue Squarespace Customer Care for a resolution, as you cannot change any of the Stripe parameters yourself. Your English is great 🙂. Let us know how you get on.
