How to reduce the bottom padding on home / portfolio section?

Hi all,

Im looking to reduce the bottom padding of the home page / portfolio section of my website as there is a lot of space and I want to remove any scrolling on the page but there doesn't seem to be any way to remove it? Ive attached some example images of the home page and the space at the bottom, I hope this all makes sense! Please let me know if you need anything else as this is my first time posting,
