Date field in a Form

I'm trying to add a date field within a form and every time Squarespace inserts a password field instead.  Any help would be appreciated!

I can confirm your issue. Try clicking on Number and see if you get a date. That worked for me.

Obviously this is a bug. Please Contact Customer Support.

I'm still having trouble updating the form fields (editing the Text field title or simply just adding a new form. Every time I do a change, it never saves. Have spent about an hour trouble shooting by removing all and any custom code, starting a new page, building a new form, etc. Attaching video for example.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing some difficulties with Form Blocks. There have been lots of issues with Forms since Squarespace changed the UI so I recommend you get in touch with Squarespace Customer Care so they can help you to troubleshoot this. You can reach out to them here.
