DONATIONS: Change payment label in Stripe from "Donation by" to "Adoption by"

Hey our accountant has requested that our Donations come through labelled as Adoptions in Stripe (since, this is what they are, and distinguishes them from our Donorbox donations).

So, "Donation by" would become "Adoption by" in Stripe.

Does anyone know how to do this? I assume it's just a label change in the backend somewhere?

You can see the Donation Block Title when you export a list of donations to a csv file from Squarespace, but the text “Donation by {email address}” is sent to Stripe by Squarespace and is fixed. It cannot be changed.
