Create default template for post

Hi guys, just start with SS to day. After choosing a template, finally i create my own post. But i wonder, is there any way to create a default template to post so next time if i create new post, i don't need to add all block again? Is there any feature can help me? Can i doing it without codding . Thanks for your time guys.
