Anise template category bug

Hi all

I have recently created a new website and have been having some issues with categories.

You all are more than welcome to try by creating an Anise template, going to shop-categories and deleting all template categories, which would be bracelets, earrings, necklaces and rings. Just create few new ones when you are there.

Then head back to marketing-announcement bar and try to link it to a category under Shop Page. You will see the template's custom categories but not yours.

More interestingly, If you log in to Squarespace app from your mobile phone and head to announcement bar, there you will see yours but not template's.

I can't get rid of stock categories, I have already informed Squarespace, but if there is someone out there that can help me, I will be pleased. Maybe there is something wrong at my end. You can try to prove me wrong.
