Centering my Header in 7.0

Hello, I was able to do this on 7.1 but not on my 7.0 site that I am currently building. I would like to center my header. specifically my nav in desktop and my logo in tablet and mobile view.

In mobile view my sites logo is off center. I would also love to see the logo in the middle of the navigation instead.

Add to Design > Custom CSS

@media screen and (max-width:640px) {
.site-branding {
    text-align: center;
    justify-content: center !important;

That worked thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have one last question. Do you know how to have the site wide background color not apply to a certain page?
