Is it possible to address one of the navigation elements and position it differently?

Hello all,

I have a few elements in my header and I guess I can address one of them with this code

 .header-nav-item:nth-child(X) a

( whereas x = number of the element). This has been proposed by @tuanphan from following site: 

I would actually separate the language switcher header item from the rest of the items and move it to the right.

I would be really grateful for any kind of idea or hint?
