Shop, Pictures of product/photos need to be portrait and landscape? 

Cannot find an option to change each image only all images?

Could not change the "shop" view but, when you select a product and have the clicked on it and it brings you to the next page. 

Click custom CSS and input:

img.ProductItem-gallery-slides-item-image {
    object-fit: contain !important;
}

Shop page uses this

.products.collection-content-wrapper .grid-item .grid-image-cover {
    object-fit: contain !important;
}
