How to do responsive font size?

Hi there, 

I noticed when I scale down the browser, my text doesn't adjust automatically and instead it breaks the words apart randomly therefore making the copy unreadable. Would you be able to help with this please? Please see attached to see what I'm talking about.

Seems like I'd have to upgrade for another plan in order to edit the page header. Is there another way to do it?
