How to remove Newsletter button and change design

As the title says I just want to redesign the newsletter block on my website. 

I just would like to have it exactly like the picture I have attached.

Hi @tuanphan, thank you for checking this out and your reply. I actually figured it out. I removed the newsletter block since the reCaptcha or the opt-in mail confirmation were not too nice to have. So I just replaced it with a form to create a similar layout.
