Adding popup delay to Facebook messenger

I am looking to add a 30 second delay to my Facebook messenger widget popup to my website, is this possible?  Not much info out there on this, I usually close every popup that instantly surfaces....

Were you able to fix this issue? I loaded your page and it took about 3-5 seconds before the popup was visible.
