Font looks different on other computers

Does anyone know how/why fonts would look different on my computer from another one? I was checking something on my site on a different computer and realized the fonts and colors were default and not as I had designed (I did a custom CSS). Did I make a mistake somewhere along the way? I'm attaching a picture of what the home screen type looks like on my computer--- Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately that didn't work. Do you think it's worth me trying to clear my cache?
